Aerial Silks - Beginners
Learn the basics of Aerial Silks including conditioning, climbing, tying knots and learning how to make transitions in the fabrics! You will work lower to the ground and even learn to invert (upside down!) Aerial Silks will make you super strong, create a lean well balanced physique and drastically improve flexibility and confidence.
Aerial Silks +
To join this class you must have previous Aerial Silks experience and be able to tie double foot knots evenly, perform a proper ball inversion and hold a 10 second bent arm hang. In this class we will expend on your current skills and learn more advanced moves and drops! This class will help build on your skills, stamina and co-ordination.
Aerial Hoop
The aerial hoop is an elegant ring made of steel suspended from a single or double overhead point upon which you can spin, swing, transition, and pose, demonstrating skills of great flexibility, strength, and Elegance
Aerial hoop is a wonderful apparatus for all skill levels of the aerial arts, from the beginner to the seasoned professional. On it, you can work your power moves, perfect your scorpion, or just sit on the bar and pose like a bird. Because the apparatus has the ability to spin, your audience is privileged to a 360-degree view of your performance, a mesmerizing effect. The aerial hoop is also known as the Lyra or cerceaux.

Aerial Conditioning
A concept created in 2017 by calisthenics master trainer, strength conditioning and mobility coach Cameron Shaw in the response to the widespread lack of conditioning in specific areas that the aerial community and pole community has that leads to a higher likelihood of injuries seen in his rehabilitation practice.
in this classes we will condition the body to create strength, flexibility, active flexibility and functional joint range to enhance your performance and drastically reduce your risk of injury we will use a combination of Aerial equipment, calisthenics, weights and flexibility and mobility training to give you a well-rounded physique that you will need to take your pafomence to the next level and give you overall physical longevity to keep doing what you love doing
